Therapeutic Breathwork

The power to release that which is holding us stagnant in patterns of habits and thoughts that no longer serve our journey towards returning to our deepest, truest selves is held within the Breath. Through a journey of 3 different breath patterns combined with sound, massage and tapping (with permission), Amy gently guides you on that inner journey home. Each session will begin with an explanation of the breaths/info/questions before moving into a little movement to open the body, a grounding meditation, and then the journey of breath and a mini soundbath after. Time is allotted for sharing after
